Shipping Methods and Costs

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We offer both Self Collection and Delivery services to our customers.

If you choose our delivery service, please note that your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days, depending on your location. Orders made after 10pm will be processed on the following working day.

We work with trusted courier partners who are contracted by so.plie to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order.

If you prefer to collect your order yourself, you can select our Self Collection option during the checkout process. Our friendly staff will then prepare your order and inform you when it is ready for collection.

Self Collection at Publika store, Block 5D, Level G4-3A, Solaris Dutamas.

Self collection will be set on the next day, anytime in between 11am to 6pm. You are advised to call our Publika store at +603 6738 5880 before arranging your collection. You may also WhatsApp our Customer Service number at 018-207 2181 if you would like to make any other special arrangement.
